Rehabilitation
No two animal rescues are ever the same. Our inventive animal rescue, veterinary and care experts have created prosthetics, healed cracked turtle shells, invented specialized wet suits, nursed orphans, and more.
Return
Our goal is always to rehabilitate and return rescued animals to the wild. The few with conditions deemed non-releasable, as decided by independent groups or regulatory agencies, get lifelong care with us or at an accredited facility.
Amazing Return Stories
In 2017 SeaWorld Orlando released Gale, a 725 lb pilot whale into the Gulf of Mexico. After 5 weeks of rehabilitation & a 140 mile boat ride, Gale has a second chance at life thanks to the dedicated SeaWorld Rescue team.
