  • You must be the primary cardholder / original purchaser of these passes AND logged in with the primary account's email/password (please note: the simplified barcode & zip code login method is not sufficient for this action) for the form below to work properly. If you arrived here and are not the primary account holder/purchaser of the passes, this form will not send your information properly. Please have the primary account holder login or contact the EZpay cancellation number below, to cancel or modify any passes on this account.
  • If you are still in a commitment period, your request will be honored immediately after the last payment.

What if I'm still in commitment?

Your payment stop will be processed the day after your final installment payment under the terms of your initial contract.  This means your pass will be ended and not roll-over to the monthly renewal

What if I want to change pass types, not end my pass?

If you are no longer in commitment - after making the request to end your auto renew, please visit our websites to review all pass & membership options we currently have available.

 

If you are still in your commitment period, we suggest you call us at 877-793-7935 instead - to discuss options for converting, rather than ending, your pass!

How will I know this worked?

If you no longer have a commitment - you'll receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming your cancellation and any other relevant information.


If you still have installments - you'll receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming your election, and your contractual payments will cease after the account is paid in full.

Please call us immediately at 877-793-7935 if you happen to notice additional payments on your account after your commitment is met.

What is the difference between cancelling and ending an EZpay account?

An EZpay account can be “cancelled” during its initial commitment period when a guest decides to upgrade their current pass and start a new commitment.


An EZpay account can be “ended” upon request after the commitment is met, so that no additional payments are taken.

What about other passes on my account?

In the request item below, check only those passes you intend to discontinue.  As the original purchaser, you can request to end the installment for any of the other EZpay passes on this account as well.
